LIVING IN THE WORD INTERNATIONAL CHURCH

Salvation

Are You Saved?

Salvation is our Passport into God’s kingdom. Thus, It is a proof of our citizenship, which grants us access to all the benefits God is offering(John 3:3). Clearly, we become biological children of God by the blood of Jesus, which was shed on the cross of Calvary. Hence, we have a heavenly inheritance in Him. Despite, We are delivered from sin and its consequences. Salvation is freely available to all. Hence, it cannot be earned neither can it be bought with money(See John 3:16). The steps to salvation are simple and clearly highlighted in the scriptures.
“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord”, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Hence, For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified. Also, it is with your mouth, what you profess your faith are saved.” Romans 10:9-10 Therefore,if you are willing to accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour today, Pray this short and simple prayer:

Lord Jesus, I come to you today as a sinner. I acknowledge my sins, please forgive me. Also, Wash me in your blood. Cleanse me from all my unrighteousness. Despite, I believe that you died on the cross of Calvary but on the third day you rose again for justification. Thereby, I confess you today as my Lord and Saviour. I am born again. I am a child of the Living God. Thank you Lord for saving me, In Jesus’ Name Amen.

Are You Baptised?

Baptism

Water Baptism is public acknowledgement of the changes which has occurred within, it identifies you with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus (Romans 6:3-4). Moreover, it is a sign of your new life as a Christian. Old things have passed away and all things have become new (see 2 Cor. 5:17). “For as many of you as having been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.” – Galatians 3:27 Water Baptism is far more than a religious exercise; it is an important step in our complete obedience to God, it is a command and not an optional task. Jesus said “if you deny before I will deny you before my father who is heaven” (Matthew 10:32-33) Jesus himself was baptized by John the Baptist by immersion (see Mark 1:10). He commanded his disciples in Matthew 28:19 says, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.” If you wish to be baptised complete the baptism form and you will be contact with the next baptism date.
